Field Sales Lead

Pay: $60,000 – $75,000 per year (Plus Commission)
Top Earners make: $90,000 – $120,000

Location: Hybrid

Job Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a highly organized Field Sales Lead to help grow sales and ensure rapid and quality client communication with new client growth.

This role plays a key part in working with clients, negotiating very large numbers, creating and presenting proposals, prospecting to find new clients, and lots of positivity in client interaction.

If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive making and having long-term relationships, this may be the role for you. There is a lot of room for growth in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect to closing new deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and that emails/calls/texts from and to clients are taken care of.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in developing sales presentations and strategic account plans.
  • Understands digital marketing, the tech landscape, and how people buy things in today’s world.
  • MUST understand automotive marketing and sales.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales role
  • Minimum 10 years of experience prospecting, closing deals, and signing on new clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • MUST have Automotive Marketing Knowledge
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
  • Not afraid of large numbers, and presenting correct values to clients
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team
