Khalida started out her career as a magazine journalist in Naples, FL, later relocating to Detroit, working in TV News at UPN-50 and WXYZ ABC 7.
She then spent 9 years at a subsidiary of Condé Nast between Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, & Florida working with retail & automotive dealerships/manufacturers.
She has helped auto dealerships across the United States and Canada push their businesses into fully integrated digital business practices with operational marketing, updated lead conversion strategies, & digital-based business practices to boost sales and overall profit.
An early job at a Lexus dealership was formative to her career because it helped her understand the psychology of sales and business operations, knowledge she still uses to this day.
Khalida wakes up every day ready to help consumers get what they want faster, easier, and with the use of the technology she loves so much. This is probably why she sometimes falls asleep with her phone in her hand that has a full shopping cart on some e-commerce site!
Khalida graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Communications, a Minor in Spanish, and later received her Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management.
She lives in Southwest Florida with her husband, son, & daughter.
