Khalida started out her career as a magazine journalist in Naples, FL, later relocating to Detroit, working in TV News at UPN-50 and WXYZ ABC 7.
She then spent 9 years at a subsidiary of Condé Nast between Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, & Florida working with retail & automotive dealerships/manufacturers.
Since the early 2000’s, she has helped automotive dealerships, real estate agencies, event companies, restaurant chains, and many others turn their businesses into fully integrated digital operations via strategy marketing, updated lead conversion processes, and social media changes—boosting sales, service, and overall profit.
An early job in her college years at a Michigan Lexus dealership was formative to her career because it helped her understand the psychology of sales and business operations, knowledge she still uses to this day.
Khalida wakes up every day ready to help consumers get what they want faster, easier, and with the use of the technology she loves so much. This is probably why she sometimes falls asleep with her phone in her hand that has a full shopping cart on some e-commerce site!
Khalida graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Communications, a Minor in Spanish, and later received her Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management from U of M as well.
She lives in Southwest Florida with her husband, son, and daughter.
