Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Social Media Specialist to craft and execute dynamic social media strategies for our clients. In this role, you will create engaging content, manage multiple social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics to enhance our brands’ online presence. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-driven, and up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies.

  • Create, curate, and manage all types of published content (images, videos, written posts).

  • Monitor comments and user engagement.

  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Creative teams to uphold brand standards.

  • Expand community and influencer outreach efforts.

  • Design and execute social ad campaigns, tracking their effectiveness.

  • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media.

  • Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.

  • Strong writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • Familiarity with social networking platforms and social analytics tools.

  • Understanding of online marketing and key marketing channels.

  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented approach with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in various social media platforms.

  • Experience with paid social media advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • A degree in communications, marketing, business, new media, or public relations is preferred.
